Refund policy
To assure 100 % client satisfaction, our 30-days return or exchange window is always open for all the items purchased. Provided that the following conditions are met:
- You have received a faulty or damaged item.
- You have unintentionally ordered a wrong item or have misestimated the usage of a product.
- You found the item’s quality different to what was advertised while purchasing.
Important notes for return/exchange of the product
- The item should be unopened with its original packing.
- Should be accompanied by the receipt.
- The receipt should clearly show that return/exchange of the item is within the time frame of 30 days.
- Return process will be initiated from the day we receive your item and the whole process may take 5 days at most. Normally, you will receive replacement within 24 hours.
Customers who bought our products between 1st November and 31st December will have until 31st January to apply for return/exchange.
